Description:

Working across the 35-hectare site, Mackin’s staff are involved in delivering groundwork services for Murphy (one of a consortium of three awarded the contract). To date positions supplied cover site foremen, pipe layers, plant operators and those with all-round skills.

Outcome:

The main contractor was very satisfied with the quality of Mackin’s people and continues to increase its requirement for our highly trained staff.

Mackin’s work has gained industry recognition by winning an award for its contribution to Health and Safety while working at the Deephams site.

Labour Supply Service:

Mackin’s specialist Labour Supply service has been set up to offer clients an attractive alternative to contacting out groundwork services. Based on a team approach, Mackin supplies teams of highly trained ground workers on projects where the client lacks specific groundwork expertise but wishes to retain direct control of site resources. All staff are employed by Mackin. They have gone through Mackin training and are fully certificated.
